MUMBAI: The state government has extended the deadline for the 50% concession in construction premiums paid by builders by a fortnight. The discount was till December 31, 2021, and extended up to January 15, 2022. On Friday, the urban development department issued a notification extending the deadline till January 31. The scheme is only for building plans that have been approved prior to December 31, 2022.
